To keep lesson scheduling fair and organised for all pupils:

• Please note that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a charge.
• Should an instructor need to change a booking, you will be updated as early as possible.
• Test-day car hire, or alternative arrangements, must be confirmed well in advance since last-minute adjustments cannot be made.
• Learners are required to arrive on time; any lateness will minimise the duration of the lesson.
• These guidelines enable us to provide a consistent, professional service to all learners.
